It's just one of those things, you never really expect to reach 30, but yet, here I am.
Creepy. Mucho creepy.
I think my vision is starting to go...
But on the other side of things, I did score a Lensbaby 2.0 for my XT.
I don't really use DA that much any more 'cause I find it so slow to do anything that I just get fustrated and leave. But I still come back to check my messages at least.
I've finally moved my domain (Mondochrome.ca) to an actual host and am in the process of setting up a photoblog with Wordpress... at least that's the idea. I'm also setting up a personal blog (God, I hate that word) at [link].
Now, if you excuse me, I have a lens to play with.

I haven't had much time lately to play with the images... but I will do it!!!!
Actually, I have two photo's I can get up soon, but they're just generic Tulip shots, probably nothing you haven't seen a million times.

My varied photoblog with a fresh new picture every day
I had a great but exhausting time in Den Haag. I took about 2080 pictures (clocks in at about 6 Gig's.
I did get a chance to visit Amsterdam a little bit (not as much as I would have liked) and Delft and Gouda (couldn't find the damn cheese *ANY*where... tho it was a sunday at 5pm...).
We also got to check out the big place with the flowers and the place with a bunch of windmills. (I don't have the name here and I'll be damned if I try to spell it.
As for music CD's, I picked up 5. Tietiso: Parade of the Atheletes, I was planning to get this anyway finding out he was Dutch just sealed the deal. Based on your suggestion I picked up a Spinvis CD+DVD: Nieuwegein Aan Zee, haven't really listened to it yet. I had my girlfriend ask at where she was working about Dutch music and we were told that "André Hazes" was very popular and what could be called "traditional" Dutch music, I picked up his "25 Jaar Hazes" album. I saw pictures of his memorial at a stadium when I stopped in the library to use the net. Next, I stopped into Mid-Town Records and asked the guys about local artists and they recommended Ophidian: Betrayed By Daylight. Very cool, but I haven't heard it all yet. And finally, I was watching The Box in my room when a video for "Cashin' the money" by Beef. I thought it was great and it looked like it was filmed in Nederland. When I bought some of the other disks I saw it on the counter. I asked if it was Dutch and got it as a impluse buy.
Whew... what a mouthfull.
When I get some pictures edited I'll put them up... I also have a story or two that you might find interesting.
